  • 260g whole wheat flour
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 65g cane sugar
  • 80g ground nuts
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Preparation

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees convection. Cut the bananas into small pieces. Mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.

    Add the dry ingredients to the egg-milk mixture and stir. Fold in the banana pieces.

    Fill 12 muffin molds with the batter and bake for approx. 25 min. Remove, let cool, and enjoy.
