Ingredients for the spicy Mayonnaise
- 80 g Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 23 g Sriracha & Sweet Chili Sauce Mix
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Ingredients for the Meat
- 310 g Pulled Beef (pre-cooked)
Additionally you will need
- 4 pcs Burger Buns
- 200 g Coleslaw (Cabbage Salad)
Preparation
- 1For the spicy sauce, whisk all ingredients (mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic powder, and Sriracha and Sweet Chili Sauce) until smooth in a small bowl.
- 2Briefly heat the pre-cooked pulled beef according to package instructions. Meanwhile, halve the burger buns and lightly toast the cut sides as desired.
- 3Generously spread the Sriracha mayo on the bottom halves of the buns. Distribute the warm meat on top and finish with a generous portion of coleslaw. Place the top halves of the buns on top and serve immediately.
Tip
If you like it extra crispy, you can toast the burger buns in a pan with a little butter. Instead of coleslaw, a fresh green salad also goes perfectly with it.
