First, bring salted water to a boil in a large pot over high heat. While the water is heating, wash and pat dry the salmon. Remove the skin and cut the fish into 1 cm × 1 cm cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion.

Once the water boils, add the pasta and cook over high heat for 14–15 minutes. Drain after cooking.

Heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat. Then add the onion to the pan and sauté for 4–5 minutes. Afterward, add the salmon, season with salt and pepper, and fry everything for another 2–3 minutes (still over medium heat).
