Ingredients

  • 1 piece red bell pepper
  • 1/2 piece yellow onion
  • 1 piece beef tomato
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano
  • 1 pinch fine iodized table salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Preparation

    Dice the red bell pepper, yellow onion, and beef tomato finely. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Combine everything in a large bowl.

    In a small bowl, whisk the extra virgin olive oil with the red wine vinegar until a smooth vinaigrette forms.

    Pour the vinaigrette over the vegetables. Finely chop the fresh oregano and add it along with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Mix everything well and ideally let the salad rest for 15 minutes before serving, so the flavors can fully develop.
