It is the perfect wine companion. Characterised by the fields and vines, he lives the Weinviertel serenity like no other. Its sunflower seeds and walnut pieces alone spend 24 hours in a water bath and colour it oak barrel. Its mildly aromatic, slightly acidic side is accompanied by an earthy nuttiness. On the tongue, the juicy bread finally unfolds its gentle profile.

Because our ingredients do not tolerate machines, we shape all the breads with our hands. We give them 48 hours to rest in the dough and then bake them twice in the steam oven.
