This organic olive oil from the olive groves of Apricena is absolutely high quality! From the oldest parcels of the Posta dei Colli farm, this Grand Cru of Peranzana olives was obtained. The carefully pressed olives contain notes of green tomatoes and fresh herbs such as basil and parsley. The taste is full, delicately bitter and spicy with a sweet-soft aftertaste.

This aromatic extra virgin olive oil is ideal for cold use with a variety of dishes. These include grilled vegetables, tomato preparations, risottos, fresh cheeses, fresh salads and vegetable marinades. Feel rich with this refined liquid gold from ancient Italian olive trees!

The company BioOrto was founded in 2003 by Nino Passalacqua and is still family-owned.
