Gluten-free? No problem for Captain Iglo! The new Iglo MSC gluten-free fish fingers made from Alaskan pollock fillet, breaded with gluten-free breadcrumbs, meet special dietary needs while retaining full flavour.

The Iglo fish fingers are made from 100% MSC-certified polar cod fillet. This contains the trace element selenium, which makes a valuable contribution to a balanced diet. Under Iglo recipes you will find many recipes for small and big gourmets - let yourself be inspired!

Preparation in the oven:

1. Place the baking tray on the middle shelf and preheat the oven: top and bottom heat 220°C, fan oven 220°C. Place baking parchment on the baking tray.

2. Place the fish fingers, unthawed, on the baking tray and bake for approx. 13-14 min (top and bottom heat) or 12-13 min (fan oven). After about 6 minutes, turn once.

Preparation in the pan:

1. Heat the fat in a frying pan. Add the fish fingers, unthawed.

2. Fry over a medium heat for 5-8 min, turning several times.
