The Iglo Grammelknödel with hearty grammels made from 100% Austrian bacon are a classic of Austrian dumpling cuisine and are carefully made in Austria.
About the manufacturer:
Preparation in the crock pot:
Place the Iglo Grammelknödel, still frozen, in boiling, lightly salted water and simmer, uncovered, for approx. 20 minutes. Stir several times during cooking.
In the steamer:
Place the frozen dumplings on a greased perforated insert and steam at 100°C for approx. 20 minutes.
Grammelknödel tiefgekühlt.
Zutaten: Erdäpfel, Grammeln 21,6%, WEIZENMEHL, WEIZENGRIEß, Zwiebeln, EI, Petersilie, Speisesalz jodiert (Salz, Kaliumjodid), Knoblauch, Gewürze, Gewürzextrakte.
Hinweise für die Aufbewahrung zu Hause: Entweder sofort zubereiten oder bei -18°C mindestens haltbar bis: siehe Verpackung.
Nach dem Auftauen nicht wieder einfrieren!
