Preparation in the microwave:
Remove the spinach block from the packet, place in a microwave-safe bowl and heat, covered, for a total of 12 minutes at 600 watts. After 6 minutes, break up the block and stir again 2 minutes before the end.
In the pot:
Heat 2-3 tbsp water as required, cover and thaw Iglo lactose-free creamed spinach in it over a low heat, stir several times; bring to the boil and serve hot.
