The "Peppersweet" is the star of DIE KÄSEMACHER's antipasti range. The sweet, mild peppers were the first fruits to be filled with a heart of cheese. After a careful ripening process, each fruit is picked individually by hand - this is the only way to guarantee a gentle harvesting process.  Afterwards, the fruits receive their heart of finest fresh cheese and become a real "Peppersweet".

The uses for the Peppersweet from DIE KÄSEMACHER are manifold! For snacking alone or with family and friends, as a side dish for Brettljause, grilled or roasted fish and meat, indispensable on antipasti platters, suitable for deep-frying.
