Volante PIZZZA per casa Cotto - chilled
Neapolitan pizza from Disco Volante and Pronto Volante is finally available for home!
Handmade with love in Vienna. High product quality, crispy crust, quick preparation in the oven.
Toppings: Mozzarella, tomato sauce, cooked ham (Dormayer butcher's shop, Langenzersdorf), basil
Preparation recommendation:
Preheat the oven and baking tray to the highest setting (250 degrees top/bottom heat or 230 degrees hot air).
Remove the pizza from the foil and place it on baking paper. Brush the edges with olive oil if desired, then bake for 8-10 minutes.
As soon as the mozzarella has melted completely and is lightly browned, enjoy the pizza fresh from the oven.
