Kornelia Organic Spelt Puff Pastry
The KORNELIA Organic Spelt Puff Pastry: The classic among fresh doughs now complements the product range and brings even more variety to the kitchen. Sweet and savory dishes are quick and easy to prepare!
Preparation recommendation:
Remove the dough from the refrigerator about 10 minutes before processing. Preheat the oven to 200 °C hot air (200 °C top/bottom heat).
Unroll the dough with the baking paper (use the paper as a baking base). Cut the dough into desired pieces (e.g. 12x12 cm) and fill as desired. Brush the corners with water, fold together and press firmly.
Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Bake strudel for about 25-30 minutes.
Baking time and temperature may vary slightly depending on the type of oven and topping/filling.
