Different varieties of red grapes from selected organic vineyards are used, predominantly Grenache Noir - the ideal variety to gain balance and character. We work with cold film maceration to extract aromas and colour as well as gentle pressing for a maximum yield of 50%. The must ferments at a controlled temperature, which allows us to preserve the essence of the varieties and the aroma to the maximum.

Aroma: Notes of citrus fruits (grapefruit, mandarin) as well as tropical notes (pineapple, mango) against a floral background (jasmine) and fresh aromatic herbs (thyme, mint). An expressive wine with high aromatic intensity.

Taste: Slightly dry and acidic with a smooth finish that makes you want more!

Born Rosé can be combined particularly well with Mediterranean cuisine: salads, grilled vegetables, fish and seafood. Also ideal as an aperitif and a great accompaniment to tapas or sushi.
