The main varieties of this summery wine are Grüner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc and Müller Thurgau.

This "DAC" comes from the 'Hofstetten' vineyard, which mainly consists of early ripening varieties and therefore also has an earlier harvest date. Its fresh and fruity appearance captivates with beautiful citrus aromas, paired with great flavors and firm acidity. It is a "real Viennese"!

Tasting notes:

A brilliant straw yellow in the glass, with golden reflections.

On the nose clearly fruity with lots of yellow and white fruits, yellow pear, yellow apple, white currant and quince. Fresh lemon zest and wet pebbles as a mineral note.

On the palate, the fresh white peppery acidity impresses, which gives the yellow fruits hold. Yellow apple, fresh cantaloupe, peach, greengages, lemons and limes provide a refreshing palate play.

Food recommendation: Seafood salad, Vitello Tonnato, pasta dishes without tomatoes, club sandwich and oysters
