Tante Fanny Fresh Puff Pastry 2-pack
Our classic puff pastry is the all-rounder among doughs, whether for pastries or strudels, sweet or savory. It now impresses with an even finer-layered baking result and provides a crispy, tender shell for the perfect moment of indulgence.
This makes puff pastry delicacies even easier to make. And it continues to be vegan and in the usual highest Tante Fanny quality. Tante Fanny - Fannytastically simple, fannytastically good!
Preparation recommendation:
Remove the dough from the refrigerator about 10 minutes before processing. Preheat the oven to 200 °C hot air (200 °C top/bottom heat).
Unroll the dough with the baking paper (use the paper as a baking base). Cut the dough into the desired pieces (e.g. 12x12 cm) and fill as desired. Brush the corners with water, fold together and press down firmly.
Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for approx. 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Bake strudels for approx. 25-30 minutes.

Storage temperature:
Store refrigerated at +2°C to +8°C. Consume as soon as possible after opening. Dough should not come into contact with cooling elements.
