Clearspring BIO Japanese Rice Vinegar
This rice vinegar offers a stimulating contrast in flavour that brings almost any dish to life. The vinegar has a mild, slightly sweet taste and with its low acidity it is ideally suited as a seasoning for sushi rice or Asian dishes. But also for salad dressings, marinades as well as a seasoning for vegetable dishes, sauces or dips to use.
About Clearspring
When New Zealander Christopher Dawson travelled to Japan as a young law student and lived there, he was particularly interested in local agriculture. He later founded CLEARSPRING with a variety of organic Japanese delicatessen products.
The aim of Christopher Dawson and Clearspring is to improve the ecological footprint through sustainable manufacturing and production processes.
The diverse products have been awarded over 18 Food Awards.
