Smoked salmon
Salmon smoked over beechwood. Sliced. Thawed.
We refine smoked fish exclusively in our own ovens. There, the Deutsche See smoke masters ensure the correct handling of salt, temperature and time. These are the decisive factors when smoking, as is the case with this fine smoked salmon. For this we use only salmon fillets from fish from ASC-certified Norwegian farms, which are salted by hand and then gently smoked over beechwood.
Already sliced, this particularly tender smoked salmon can be enjoyed on bread rolls and scrambled eggs for Sunday breakfast, as a topping on salads and rösti or with pasta dishes.
