Primopasto looks for the best, most experienced producers of table olives and antipasti vegetables in Italy. They visit them personally to get to know the raw materials and the production. Ralò is a family business in the Abruzzo region, which Primopasto appreciates for its continuous quality. Vegetables such as peppers, Borettane onions and artichokes are processed fresh from the harvest, grilled, seasoned and pickled. The olives in oil and brine come from a traditional company in Veneto that has specialized in this field since 1955.
