pegaso® Baby Suspension

The birth of a child is a time of joy and a phase of adjustment – for everyone. For the expectant parents, but also for the infant. Because the infant must gradually experience everything in a new environment with its senses.

Parents want to support their baby in the best possible way with all developmental steps. They also soon find out what crying can mean: hunger, wet, cold, warm – or colic?

Of course, a baby's digestion must also adjust to the "new world". So much depends on it:

• On the food it gets.
• On the lifestyle and environment into which it is born.
• On bacteria from the environment that affect it.
• Finally, also on the emerging microbiome – i.e. the composition of bacteria in the stomach and intestines.

And this is an adjustment period in the first few months for your baby, which should normally take place in good balance.

However, phases are also observed in infants in which the balance gets out of kilter. This leads to so-called dysbiosis in the stomach and intestines – an imbalance that causes problems, which means that colic is not uncommon in babies. They cry more, writhe and can sleep worse.

A product was developed for exactly this phase of life – the phase of your baby's intestinal adjustment: pegaso® Baby. Our goal is to make the difficult time of intestinal adjustment easier for your baby.

What is pegaso® Baby?

pegaso® Baby is a dietary supplement with lactic acid bacteria and camomile for use from birth. It contains the proven bacterial strains Lactobacillus reuteri and Lactobacillus acidophilus as well as camomile oil extract and olive oil. pegaso® Baby is free from added sugar and preservatives, gluten-free and lactose-free.

 

Application

1. The white cap is screwed on clockwise until the white plastic ring engages. The cap is screwed on until it stops, which bursts the container with the lactobacilli and they are released from the cap into the bottle. 
2. The lactobacilli get from the cap into the oil. 
3. Shake the bottle well to distribute the lactobacilli evenly in the solution.
4. Unscrew the existing cap counterclockwise, remove it and screw the enclosed dropper cap onto the bottle. 
5. A bottle with freshly prepared suspension of live bacteria is ready for administration. Shake very well before use!
