Grikios Halloumi PDO
Original semi-hard cheese produced according to the traditional Cypriot recipe. It is made from cow's, sheep's and goat's milk.
Under the influence of high temperatures, it gets its full flavor and unique texture. Its surface turns slightly red and roasts, making the tender interior elastic. It is firm and pleasantly salty.
