Grikios Burger Halloumi
Halloumi cheese slices are a double portion of Cypriot-inspired flavour. The unique recipe gives the cheese a slightly salty taste and its texture changes depending on how it is served.
When served cold, the cheese is firm and springy. However, when heated, its consistency changes: brown and crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside.
Preparation recommendation:
Fry or grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Bake at 150-200°C for about 4 minutes. Tastes best served warm.
