Razor clams (Ensis siliqua) by Vette are live clams that are perfect for seafood lovers. They are rich in flavour and are great for various dishes.  Razor clams are high in protein and omega-3 fatty acids, which are important for a healthy diet.

Preparation: Razor clams can be prepared in a variety of ways. Try them grilled with garlic butter or in a delicious pasta with tomato sauce and fresh herbs.

Note: Discard any open or damaged clams before cooking. The clams will open during cooking. Discard any clams that have not opened after cooking. Shake the package before opening. The live clams will retract into their shells.

This product is not suitable for freezing, as the clams will die when frozen and will not open when cooked!!!
