The Mezze Maniche Garofalo are a bronze-drawn Pasta di Gragnano IGP with a rough surface and intense flavor.
Garofalo was founded in 1789 in Gragnano, the home of pasta. The climatic conditions ideal for drying pasta and the spring water, which also drives the mills, make Gragnano the perfect place for pasta production. Garofalo quality is unmistakable - the product speaks for itself.
