Reliable and conscientious, this sparkling wine is a foaming and uncompromising representative of its grape variety. With smooth fullness, citrus, ripe apple and fruity spice - vinous in style and further enhanced in its aromas by the fine perlage - it precisely highlights the character of the Riesling: like a dry cabinet on dancer's feet.

The Riesling extra brut is produced in traditional bottle fermentation and lies at a constant temperature on the yeast for 24 months before it is hand-shaken and disgorged. The long yeast storage gives the wine its structure and fullness, but leaves the Riesling aromatically in the foreground. The base wine comes from loess soils, which bring fruit and finesse to the grapes and are typical in the Rheingau. Pure in aroma and typical of Riesling - the material from which a real Barth Riesling sparkling wine can be made. 100% organic and vegan.

With its spicy and fruity fullness, the Riesling extra brut goes well with creamy dishes, such as light soups like mushroom, asparagus and parsnip or veal or chicken strips.
