Morbidi Salsiccia Suino
Made exclusively from shoulder and belly bacon, the sausage is seasoned with pepper and garlic to give it the characteristic taste of these spices. The Salsiccia is then tied in natural casings and is therefore irreplaceable in Tuscan cuisine.
Preparation tips:
- Frying: for consumption in cooked condition, perfect for grilling or frying.
- With pasta: as part of a sauce.

About the company:
It all started in 1925 with a small dairy in the old town of Siena. From then on, the name Morbidi became synonymous with "good food" for the locals. In the 1940s, in line with the oldest local traditions, we started working with pork and then with sheep's milk. Over the generations, we have evolved into a modern company with a strong focus on sustainability and a short supply chain, but we have never forgotten where we started: in a wonderful place that is still ready to welcome anyone who comes through the heart of Siena.
