Complete Organics BIO mild kimchi

Goes great as a side dish with rice or as a topping for burgers & sandwiches and even offers interesting variety on the bread and butter plate.
Recipe idea: Smashed Potatoes with "das milde kimchi" and vegan cheese
Ingredients:
500 g small potatoes
150 g “das milde kimchi”
50 g aged cheese alternative
4 tbsp olive oil
2 spring onions
Salt
Instructions:
Boil potatoes in salted water for about 20-25 minutes until soft. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and add 2 tbsp olive oil. Add potatoes and flatten with a glass or similar. Add the remaining olive oil and salt a little. Roast in the oven for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown – turn for the last 10 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the spring onions into thin slices.
When the potatoes are done, remove from the oven and let cool briefly. Spread with the cheese alternative chives, top with “das milde kimchi” and finally add spring onions.
