Kitchin Passata Rustica

Made from sun-ripened tomatoes that have been puréed and coarsely sieved to achieve a rich, chunky consistency. It is a traditional Italian store cupboard essential used as a base for rustic sauces, pizza toppings, soups and stews.

Our passata is made exclusively from the pulp of tomatoes grown exclusively in Italy.

USAGE

It only needs to be heated or can be eaten cold. It is ideal for short cooking times and gives pasta sauces, eggs and light meat a great taste.
