1 PAD. 100 possibilities – that is the idea of HERMANN.BIO, the vegetarian line of Hermann and Thomas Neuburger. For many years, Hermann Neuburger had the vision of a meatless alternative: The handling of animals and the developments in meat production have encouraged him to build up a sustainable business. Since 2016, Hermann Neuburger and his son Thomas have been focusing on the self-cultivated oyster mushroom in Ulrichsberg, Upper Austria. Together with rice, rapeseed oil, egg and spices, a juicy pad is created, which offers endless preparation possibilities. With the Fungi Pad, the father-son duo heralds the end of fake meat and creates a completely new category: meat alternative 2.0.
Storage conditions:
Store refrigerated at a maximum of +7 °C. After opening, intended for immediate consumption.
Remove from foil before consumption and heat thoroughly.
