Raw liver cheese spread, for baking yourself, in an aluminum tray.
Remove the frozen liver cheese spread from the plastic packaging and bake it in the aluminum tray in the oven at 160°C for about 90 minutes using hot air. The finished liver cheese can be kept warm at 80°C.
The spread can also be defrosted and refined with cheese or herbs, or used for further processing for a farce.

Stefan Windisch GmbH produces sausage and ham products in the 3rd generation according to the highest quality recipes, exclusively from regional raw materials.
Traditional and still handcrafted, but adapted to today's nutritional knowledge regarding fat content, salt content, smoking and excluding questionable additives such as emulsifiers, high-dose flavor enhancers and the like, which are often used for cheap recipes.
The beef to be processed comes from the nearby Bucklige Welt, lamb and veal from Styria and Carinthia, turkey from Burgenland, Mangalica pork from Lower Austria.
The pork used comes from the strictly controlled "animal welfare program" of the AMA and from special regional programs with special feeding regulations, short transport routes, animal-friendly slaughter, the farmers' circular economy, etc.
