Puff pastry for preparing sweet or savoury strudels. The dough is pre-rolled on baking paper.

Preparation recommendation: Remove the puff pastry from the packaging and roll it out on a baking tray with the baking paper. Fill the dough as desired and shape it as you wish. Brush with water or egg and bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
