With the best dumpling bread from the Rosenfellner Mühle, spinach from the Marchfeld and finely seasoned, our organic spinach dumplings are simply good. Dumplings are traditionally made in a water bath, but we love them fried. Melt the butter, cut open the spinach dumpling and fry until golden brown on both sides. With fresh salad, a mushroom sauce or without any side dish.
