What began in 1860 as a one-man operation now comprises over 80 branches in Vienna and Lower Austria. The DerMann bakery's range now includes around 300 different products, some of which are still made according to old family recipes. This also includes many types of bread and pastries that are still made by hand. For over five generations, the aim has been to offer customers exquisite products and expert knowledge to provide them with their very own moment of indulgence.
