Winery Martin Pasler Chardonnay 2022

Chardonnay 13.5% Vol.

Floral, fresh white wine with a stimulating and at the same time strong structure, which can be drunk wonderfully in 2022, but also has a storage potential of 10 years.

A wine, in a very dark straw yellow, which presents itself in the nose rather discreetly with delicate citrus and grapefruit notes, green apple as well as light hints of hay and anise.

On the palate it is very fresh and fruity. The medium-strength alcohol is hardly noticeable due to the fresh, lean structure, very aromatic in the finish.

Serving and food recommendation:        

Such an elegant white wine should be drunk well chilled at approx. 8-9°C from a classic white wine glass.

It is excellent as an aperitif and is the ideal accompaniment to light, fresh summer cuisine.

A small family winery on the edge of the Leithagebirge and at the foot of Lake Neusiedl, which cultivates the vineyards organically, gently and carefully. A special feature of the wines is on the one hand the extraordinary soils such as limestone and slate and on the other hand the decades of experience of the winemaker, who constantly tells new stories through continuous development.
