Mandi Pinot Grigio Isonzo del Friuli 2021

Isonzo del Friuli DOC 13% Vol.

Fermentation: The grapes are pressed immediately, avoiding maceration. Fermentation, which is started by selected yeasts, takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Aging: The wine rests in stainless steel tanks until bottling.

Tasting notes:

Straw yellow in color with slight copper reflections.
Crisp aroma, characteristic and intense, with a delicate scent of white flowers and honeysuckle, which evolve into fruity notes of ripe pear, rounding off with a clearly recognizable note of bread crust and yeast.
Fine taste, pleasantly fresh and harmonious, with good structure and juiciness. Dry, but amiable, pleasantly bitter, yet full and round, with a very appealing aromatic length.

Pairs well with: Fried vegetables, oven-baked fish, pasta with vegetables, Parmesan cheese.
