Fish tartare is traditionally one of the most complex dishes to master. The Gimar Salmon Tartare is a ready-made tartare that has been cleanly and carefully diced. It is cut from the salmon loin and belly flap and is suitable for raw consumption.
The salmon can be refined with selected ingredients, creating an individual dish of the highest class.
