Sojarei Organic Smoked Tofu
Spicy and smoky - The Organic Smoked Tofu has an intense flavour and a firm consistency, as it is smoked with real beechwood. When fried until crispy, the flavour intensifies and it is often combined with vegan scrambled eggs as a "bacon alternative" or served cold as a snack. Smoked tofu also tastes excellent in salads.

Sojarei is a family business based in Traiskirchen with 80 valuable employees who uphold our quality standards for natural cuisine. We produce exclusively vegan organic food. We don't interfere with nature, we refine it! This is our maxim when it comes to the cultivation and processing of the bean in edible soya as a versatile and plant-based alternative. Regionality is important to us, which is why we source our soya beans exclusively from Austrian organic farmers. Responsibility and appreciation are therefore the basis for a successful business for us.
