Our organic mountain cheese with 50% fat in dry matter is a semi-hard cheese matured with red bacteria and suitable for every cheese lover. The basis for our high-quality products lies in our region. Around 1,000 farmers from Pinzgau, Pongau and the neighbouring Tyrolean Kaiserwinkl entrust us with their carefully produced mountain farm milk for further processing. The small-scale farms are mostly family businesses with an average of 12 cows, far removed from any mass production. It is the proximity to nature and the species-appropriate animal husbandry that enable the production of high-quality cheese.
