BIO Parsley Curly in a pot

Curly parsley is more winter-hardy than the smooth variety and is also known as French parsley. The leaves are mainly used as a garnish, but are also excellent for seasoning soups or herb curd.

Care instructions: Organic parsley needs a lot of moisture, but there should be no waterlogging.

Location: It thrives best in sunny to semi-shady locations with well-drained soil.

The larger pot keeps the parsley fresh for longer.

About the producer

The Holzhacker nursery is a family business in its 6th generation and has specialized in the cultivation of organic herbs in recent years. On the outskirts of Vienna, directly at the gateway to the Marchfeld, an open-air area of 40 ha is cultivated and organic herb pots are grown in approx. 2 ha of greenhouses.

In addition to regionality and quality, customers particularly appreciate the freshness and variety of the products.

Particular attention is also paid to environmentally friendly and sustainable production, and the use of beneficial insects protects the plants from pests in a biological way.

Storage recommendation

Store fresh herbs in an airtight container or a tightly sealed freezer bag in the refrigerator to preserve their freshness.

Tip: Wrap the herbs in damp kitchen paper before storing them to keep them fresh for extra long.
