Chicken legs (with skin and bone) Italian style - Tender chicken with a fine Mediterranean marinade.
Preparation:
- Remove the cardboard packaging, but not the foil
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C (convection 180 °C) and bake on the middle rack for 10 minutes.
- Remove the foil after 10 minutes.
- Finish baking for approx. 30 minutes at 200 °C. If desired, you can increase the temperature to 220 °C (convection 200 °C) in the last 10 minutes.
