In the idyllic St. Stefan im Rosental, nestled in the gentle hills of southeastern Styria, is the home of LOIDL Salami. The dreamy location offers the optimal conditions for naturally matured delicacies.
Salami production is one of the premier disciplines in sausage production - our salamis are matured for at least 12 weeks. The noble mold is the Loidl quality criterion for natural maturation. Our salami snacks are a special specialty.
