The Grand Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. It is the valuable concentrate of a terroir of around fifteen villages, located in the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cuis) and in the Côte des Noirs (Villers-Marmery, Tours-sur-Marne, Trépail). Tasting note:

Colour: Clearly visible, fine pearls that rise effortlessly upwards. A wine of a matt golden colour
Nose: On the nose, it develops mineral and at the same time floral aromas of white fruits, apricot, Mirabelle plum as well as very light hints of citrus fruits, quince paste and sweet honey
Palate: On the palate, white flowers mingle with light roasted notes. A lively, structured Champagne that leaves a silky feeling and harmony

Food recommendation:

This all-round fine and elegant cuvée is the ideal companion for an aperitif. Due to its freshness, the Grand Blanc de Blancs goes excellently with scallops, crab remoulade, cheese puffs, fish tartare, oysters, risotto with Parmesan, white meat, young, fruity Comté cheese, Parmesan and much more.
