Turkey fillet schnitzel

Turkey schnitzel, breaded, fried. The turkey breast fillets are breaded according to a traditional recipe with whole eggs and breadcrumbs and then fried in pure vegetable oil. The best ingredients such as naturally grown turkey fillets and eggs from Austrian free-range farming are used, additives such as preservatives, flavour enhancers, colourings and flavourings are dispensed with and the turkey fillet schnitzels are also palm oil-free. The breaded turkey fillets can also be prepared fat-free in the oven in just a few minutes, making them particularly crispy.

Preparation instructions:

Oven: Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for approx. 15 minutes. Pan/deep fryer: Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat, turning constantly, for approx. 5 minutes.
