Our organic Angus burger patties come directly from the Esterhazy'sche Seehof on the western shore of Lake Neusiedl in Burgenland. There, our Angus herd grazes from spring to autumn on the natural steppe grasslands of the lake's foreland. In winter, the animals find shelter in an open barn and are fed with their own clover and meadow grass. This natural Haltung and the slow growth of the Angus cattle result in an outstanding meat quality that you can taste with every bite.

The Esterhazy'sche Seehof on the western shore of Lake Neusiedl is home to an organic Angus herd with mother cows.
The herd grazes from spring to autumn on the steppe grasslands in the lake's foreland, while in winter the animals spend their time in an open barn and are fed with our clover and meadow stocks harvested in spring and summer. The combination of this as natural as possible Haltung, the natural feed and the slow growth of the Angus breed ultimately result in an outstanding meat quality that you can taste.

About the producer:
Esterhazy has been organic for over 15 years.
In the midst of one of Europe's most valuable natural landscapes, embedded in the region around Lake Neusiedl, lie Esterhazy's organically farmed areas. By using the regional site characteristics of the Pannonian region, the best organic qualities of wheat, spelt, barley, oats and rye can be produced.
But a variety of other arable crops such as oil pumpkin, corn, soybeans and sunflowers and various legumes, millet species and chickpeas are also grown. In the company's own meat factory at the Seehof in Donnerskirchen, game and organic Angus beef are processed and refined on an operating area of around 500 m².
