Höflmaier Organic Emmental 250g

The Swiss classic paired with Innviertel patience. This cheese should not be missing in any refrigerator - Emmental is simply the cheese. Due to its distinctive perforation, every child immediately recognizes it as cheese. Whether for cooking or simply for eating. Grated for gratinating dishes or cut into sticks for a snack in between. On a toast or for a snack anyway.
About the manufacturer:
The Höflmaier cheese dairy is located in the upper Innviertel and is just about part of Upper Austria. If you want to fix us geographically, we actually answer Trumer Seenland or „No-Man´s Land“ between Upper Austria and Salzburg. Trumer Seenland fits fantastically, because there is also an organic hay milk region. And with the organic hay milk region, we come to the most important ingredient for our cheese creations: organic hay milk. This comes from selected farmers around our cheese dairy.
Our family business has been in existence since 1931 and is now managed by the brothers Thomas and Josef in the fourth generation.
