Origin:
The "Les Lauriers" cuvée is a selection of young plots from Montagne Saint Emilion. The vineyards are ideally located facing south on limestone and clay soils. This excellent terroir gives the Merlot of Saint-Emilion its unmistakable taste.
Tasting notes:
Les Lauriers 2018 has a beautiful deep garnet color. The nose shows intense notes of red fruits, which give the first nose a woody touch. After aeration, the fruit aromas become particularly complex and show notes of cherries, spices, slightly woody and menthol. The elegant structure of this wine reveals aromas of red fruits, which end with notes of liquorice. A full-bodied Montagne Saint-Emilion!
