Ragout cut from the shoulder of venison, slightly marbled and diced.
Suitable for all types of ragouts, goulash and stews. The fine meat becomes particularly tender through slow braising.

Due to the current closed season for game, this meat was gently frozen for you in December and carefully thawed. This guarantees you the usual good quality of our fresh game meat. The closed season for game ends in mid-April.
About the producer:
Esterhazy has been organic for over 15 years.
In the midst of one of the most valuable natural areas in Europe, embedded in the region around Lake Neusiedl, lie the organically farmed areas of Esterhazy. By using the regional site characteristics of the Pannonian region, the best organic qualities of wheat, spelt, barley, oats and rye can be produced.
But also a variety of other arable crops such as oil pumpkin, corn, soya and sunflowers and various legumes, millet species and chickpeas are grown. In the company's own meat factory at the Seehof in Donnerskirchen, game and organic Angus beef are processed and refined on an operating area of around 500 m².
