Ramsa Tarragon Mustard

Tarragon mustard is the most popular type of mustard in Austria. It is made exclusively from yellow mustard seeds. Ramsa tarragon mustard contains a homemade herbal vinegar made from fresh tarragon, the taste is spicy, but not too hot. As an all-rounder among all types of mustard, Ramsa tarragon mustard goes well with hearty dishes and all types of meat, whether fried, grilled or smoked. Beef tartare also gets a very special piquant note. Our tarragon mustard is also particularly suitable for refining many sauces or mayonnaise. Salad marinades get a special, delicately spicy taste with our tarragon.
