The baking time of the cookies depends on how thick the Cookietaler are cut. If you cut them about 1 cm thick, you will get a Wild Chocolate Affairs cookie that is crispy around the edges and soft in the middle when baked at 160 degrees Celsius with 13 minutes of convection baking time.
