Traditional herbal medicinal product for use in the first signs of acute flu-like infections (colds) with complaints such as cough, cold, hoarseness.
This medicinal product is a traditional herbal medicinal product registered exclusively on the basis of long-standing use for the above-mentioned indications.
This medicinal product is used in adults, adolescents and children from 6 years of age.
If you do not feel better or even worse after 7 days, consult your doctor.
What should you remember before taking this medicine?
What should you bear in mind before taking Dr Böhm Infekt grippal Pelargonium?
Dr Böhm Infekt grippal Pelargonium must not be taken
- if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to Pelargonium reniforme/sidoides- extract
or any of the other ingredients of this medicine listed in section 6. Warnings and precautions
Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Dr Böhm Infekt grippal Pelargonium.
Dr. Böhm Infekt grippal Pelargonium should not be taken in cases of severe liver and kidney disease, as there is insufficient experience in this respect. Cases of liver damage and hepatitis (inflammation of the liver) have been reported in connection with the use of medicinal products containing Pelargonium. If there are signs of liver damage, the use of Dr. Böhm Infekt fluppal Pelargonium should be discontinued immediately and a doctor consulted.
If the symptoms worsen, in the case of persistent fever, shortness of breath or bloody sputum, a doctor should be consulted.
Children
Use in children under 6 years of age is not recommended due to lack of data.
Take Dr. Böhm Infekt grippal Pelargonium with other medicines Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking/using, have recently taken/used or intend to take/use any other medicines.
No studies have been conducted to detect interactions.
No interactions have been reported to date.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, or if you suspect you may be pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist
for advice before taking this medicine.
Due to insufficient data, the use of this medicinal product is not recommended during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
Trafficability and ability to operate machinery
No studies on the effects on trafficability and ability to operate machinery have been conducted.
How should the medicine be taken?
How should Dr Böhm Infekt grippal Pelargonium be taken?
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The recommended dose is
Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over:
1 film-coated tablet 3 times a day (morning, noon, evening).
Children from 6 to 11 years:
2 times daily 1 film-coated tablet (morning, evening)
Method of administration
To take.
The tablet should be swallowed whole with an adequate amount of liquid.
Duration of use
It is recommended to continue treatment with Dr. Böhm Infekt grippal Pelargonium for a few days after the symptoms of the illness have subsided in order to avoid a relapse.
If you do not feel better or even worse after 7 days, consult your doctor. Use in children
Use in children under 6 years of age is not recommended due to lack of data.
If you have taken a larger amount of Dr. Böhm Infekt grippal Pelargonium than you should
No cases of overdose are known.
If you have forgotten to take Dr. Böhm Infekt grippal Pelargonium
Do not take twice the amount if you have forgotten to take it before.

How should Dr Böhm Infekt grippal Pelargonium be stored?
No special storage conditions are required for this medicinal product.
Keep this medicine out of the reach of children.
You must not use this medicinal product after the expiry date (use by) or (used by) which is stated on the outer carton and blister. The expiry date refers to the last day of the month indicated.
Do not dispose of medicines in waste water or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of the medicine when you stop using it. By doing so, you will be helping to protect the environment.

What Dr. Böhm Infekt grippal Pelargonium contains
- The active substance is:
Dry extract of Pelargonium reniforme/sidoides roots
1 film-coated tablet contains:
20 mg dry extract of Pelargonium reniforme/sidoides roots (drug/extract ratio 4-7:1), extraction agent ethanol 14% (V/V).
- The other ingredients are:
Tablet core: cellulose powder, microcrystalline cellulose, highly dispersed silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate,
Tablet coating: hypromellose, macrogol type 6000, iron oxide yellow E 172, iron oxide red E 172, titanium dioxide E 171, talc.

What Dr Böhm Infekt grippal Pelargonium looks like and contents of the pack
Dr Böhm Infekt grippal Pelargonium Film-Coated Tablets are reddish-brown, round film-coated tablets, domed on both sides and sealed in PVC/PVDC aluminium blister packs. Pack sizes: 30, 50, 60, 90 or 100 film-coated tablets.
Not all pack sizes may be marketed.
