Chardonnay Exempel BIO 2018 - 12% Vol. Alk. NATURAL WINE
Vinification: Grape crushing, fermentation of the mash for 14 days in a Stockinger 1500lt wooden fermentation vat. Pressing after 14 days and transfer to 500lt and 228lt barrels. Maturation for 9 months on the fine yeast. Single sulphur addition and no filtration.
DThis Chardonnay combines tension, extract, minerality, lightness and depth in an exemplary way. Not filtered. Minimal sulphurisation, maximum drinking pleasure.
